The Reality Behind the Reel

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much more there is to life than what we see on a screen. This past week, my family experienced a tremendous loss with the passing of my father-in-law.

Grief is heavy. It’s quiet. It comes in waves when you least expect it. And while it can feel strange to continue sharing bright moments, styling outfits, or posting beautiful images — I find comfort and healing in creating.

Fashion, photography, and creativity have always been outlets for me — ways to pour love, light, and hope into something tangible when words sometimes fall short.

Behind every reel, behind every post, there is a full, complex life happening — filled with love, loss, growth, and healing.

If you’re walking through something heavy too, please know you’re not alone. And it’s okay to hold both sadness and beauty at the same time.
